Project Description

In partnership with Vardas architectural studio, we were lead the facade design, interior and landscape for the new development in the heart of Paphos. To continue the central street activities, the new Majestic premium class business center will serve as both a public infrastructure and a comfortable office space.

At the core of the project is the concept of a "human-centered philosophy", which has driven the design, experience, and functionality of the new space.

This building will integrate into a broader street perspective, connecting the neighborhoods of Paphos with the city center. Enhancements to the project will also include improved pedestrian walkways.

The layout transitions from public functions on the lower floors to private functions on the upper floors. Thus, the lower levels feature areas such as a reception, café, informal zones and a multifunctional space.

Majestic is a six-story building featuring public facilities on the ground floor and basement. The premises also include ample space for outdoor parking. There are no high-rise buildings in the city center. Since the project site is located on an elevated area, the upper floors offer a unique panoramic view of the entire city, including magnificent sea observe.

The upper floors are office spaces of varying capacities. A distinctive feature of the building is its stunning sea views. Each floor includes balconies and a large covered terrace, providing a comfortable spot with coffee points and lounge seating areas for enjoying the sunset. One can also work with laptop here during the day, using hotbox workplaces. The top floor boasts a usable rooftop with a lounge bar, making it an ideal place for post-work relaxation, so Majestic is a place to combine joy of living and joy of work.

The interior design approach reflects the private atmosphere and high demands of multispace clients. It features warm wood textures, a carefully curated selection of materials, and beautiful details.
The color palette ranges from dark magenta and terracotta to light grey, with wooden accents that enhance the warmth of the environment and closer seaside.
